Welcome! As a birth doula, I support women and families throughout the full spectrum of pregnancy and birthing options. I believe that every woman deserves to feel safe, cared for and supported throughout her experience.

As a postpartum doula I provide specialized in-home support to postpartum women and new families, helping to bridge the gap in our maternity care system and facilitate a smoother transition into postpartum life.
